Cake: Layers of our signature chocolate cake brushed with a sour cherry sauce. Cherry is also available in Red Velvet flavour cake – try this for something a bit different!
Centre: Layered with vanilla buttercream and morello cherries.
Topped with: Chocolate buttercream with a base of chocolate flakes, topped with white vanilla buttercream swirls, chocolate flakes and glazed cherries.

SERVING SIZE
Our recommended serving size is based on a generous traditional slice of cake cut as a wedge. If you wish to cut your cake into cubes, you can easily double our serving size. Our Traditional Round Cake consists of 3 layers of cake, and our Tall Cake consists of 5 layers of cake.
